hearing the train go by at least ten times a day
a big yard.. the biggest that I think I've ever had
quiet time
crazy beautiful sunsets
we can walk to the apple orchard
the neighbors are friendly and know what to do when a horse is loose
it always smells nice
closing the shades at night is optional
